Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a customer-focused Parts Associate to oversee the parts sales process from start to finish while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

You will assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain efficient inventory operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for the department.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts in a retail-like environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability in daily tasks.
• Clear communication and teamwork with customers and colleagues.
• Automotive parts experience required; Chrysler experience preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers by phone and in person with inquiries, pricing, and product information.
• Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and order status.
• Source and locate parts from outside vendors when necessary.

• Assist customers by phone and in person with parts inquiries, pricing, and product information
• Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily parts department operations
