The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and experience with computerized catalogs and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts and dealer operations.
• Proficient in reading repair terminology.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source automotive parts for repairs and customer needs.
• Assist technicians and customers with accurate parts selection.
• Prepare parts estimates, invoices, and orders.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and organize the parts department.
• Research availability, pricing, and specifications through catalogs and supplier systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and follow up on special orders and backorders.
• Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts.
• Process returns and warranty-related parts.
• Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area.
