Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Pro to serve as the primary customer contact in our NAPA retail location. You will provide automotive parts solutions for both retail and wholesale customers and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and engagement.

You will engage with customers, support team members, and use POS and inventory tools to fulfill orders while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to listen and solve problems.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in retail, automotive, or parts environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and handle multiple tasks.

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
