Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand with a high-quality customer experience. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through knowledge, responsiveness, and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems helpful.
• Background in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership environments helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
