Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA store is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers, delivering a high-quality experience and automotive parts solutions to both retail and wholesale customers.

You will use product knowledge to assist shoppers, operate POS and catalog systems, support inventory and fulfillment, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient store environment while building loyalty through service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment (preferred).

Responsibilities
