Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA store is seeking a Store Pro to serve as the primary customer contact, delivering automotive parts solutions and exceptional service for both retail and wholesale customers.

You will use product knowledge to assist customers, operate POS and catalog systems, and support fast-paced store operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, responsiveness, and a strong customer-focused mindset to drive loyalty and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance, merchandising, and overall efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards.
