Vern Eide in Mitchell, SD is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor to assist customers and technicians in identifying the right parts, maintain the parts inventory, and ensure timely delivery to the service department.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
• Maintain and organize parts inventory for accuracy and efficiency
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranties

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in automotive parts or service (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
• A driven, customer-first attitude
• Proficient in inventory management, POS, and retail sales with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and using a cash register.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent
