What You Need:

• Auto Painting Experience: 1-2 years preferred.

• Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.

• Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.

• Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.

• Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00.

We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
