Join the Maintenance Services team within UCF's Facilities and Business Operations as our Automotive Operations Manager and lead a high-impact fleet program supporting one of the nation's largest universities. In this role, you'll oversee the full life-cycle of a large, complex fleet-driving strategies for utilization, replacement, and sustainability while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. You'll lead a skilled team, manage budgets, and collaborate with campus partners and external agencies to deliver a world-class standard in service. Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or combination of relevant comparable education and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
The full salary range for this position is $64,518 - $96,778. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. The position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business.
