Campus Services, a division within University Operations, is hiring an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will provide professional-level coordination and oversight of events within the Student Union, Fairwinds Alumni Center and controlled facilities by independently advising campus partners, interpreting and applying university policies, assessing risk and operational needs, and coordinating resources to ensure compliant, high-quality events that support institutional objectives. This position/classification may be moved at management's discretion within the UO division to a commensurate level position as determined by the Associate VP, Strategic Campus Planning or his/her designee.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $23.33. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
Position requires a valid Class E driver’s license. The position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business.
