Dent Wizard in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Operations Support Manager to drive operational excellence across customer onboarding, launches, and ongoing performance at the district level. You will partner with Supply Chain, Fleet, and field leaders to ensure timely, cost-effective site startups and steady improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven problem solving, and coaching front-line teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, operations management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Experience as a field leader (e.g., AOM, FOM) is preferred.
• Must live in the market they support and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end customer onboarding and launches for Raleigh market.
• Lead buildout planning and site launches with external vendors as needed.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve processes to boost quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical training and support to technicians and field leaders.
• Manage supply expenses and parts profitability via vendor leverage.
• Lead supply chain and fleet initiatives; oversee audits and EH&S compliance.
• Coach Operations Leadership Team and foster accountability.
