Kelly Infiniti in Danvers, MA is seeking an energetic Automotive Office Manager with 3+ years in retail automotive accounting to join our growing team.

You will manage books and records, prepare monthly factory financial statements, oversee payroll/HR, and supervise general ledger activities while leading and training office staff.

Qualifications

• Experience using CDK Global or other Dealership datamanagement system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).
• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
