Job summary

The Kelly Automotive Group in Danvers, MA seeks an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead the dealership's accounting office. Immediate opening for a self-motivated professional with 3+ years in Retail Automotive Accounting Office Management.

Responsibilities include managing books and records, payroll oversight, monthly factory financial statements, GL supervision, and staff training. CDK Global or other DMS experience is preferred; accounting degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Retail Automotive Accounting Office Management.
• Experience using CDK Global or other Dealership DMS and payroll platform.
• Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Books and Records for a Retail Automotive Dealership.
• Prepare and Submit Monthly Factory Financial Statement.
• Payroll and HR oversight.
• Supervise all General Ledger Accounting.
• Review and Clean Accounting Schedules.
• Evaluate Performance.
• Communicate, lead and train office staff.
• Other tasks and responsibilities.
