Krause Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join one of our dealership locations in the Upper West region of South Carolina. This role leads the accounting office, supports operations, and drives excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting both employees and leadership teams in a multi-brand, family-owned dealer group.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Dealership Office Manager experience required.
• Experience working in a dealership accounting office required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post daily banking transactions.
• Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Monitor financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Review and maintain dealership financial records.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions as needed.
