Krause Auto Group is seeking a Regional Automotive Controller to lead accounting for two dealership locations. You’ll partner with executive leadership, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive profitability through strong internal controls and strategic financial guidance.

You will oversee floorplan management, inventory accounting, and robust reporting while mentoring accounting teams across both sites. Join a family-owned, growth-focused organization with a reputation for promoting from within.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Multi-store dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dealership financial statements and OEM reporting.
• Experience with dealer management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack or similar is required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting operations for two dealership locations, including GL, A/P, A/R, Payroll, and Month-End Close.
• Prepare monthly GAAP-based financial statements and OEM reporting.
• Oversee audits, tax engagements, and compliance with OEM standards and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, floorplan financing, and inventory valuations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership.
• Coach and develop accounting teams across both locations.
