You will work closely with the Office Manager to manage daily office functions, process vehicle sales documentation, handle AR/AP, and oversee reconciliation, timecards, and onboarding paperwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of automotive dealership business office experience.
• A sharp eye for numbers and ability to identify/correct accounting variances.
• Team-oriented with strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Use our DMS software daily to manage business office functions, clear schedules, and post entries.
• Review and process vehicle sales documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and lender requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), journal entries, and tight reconciliation of accounting schedules.
• Help manage employee timecards, commission tracking, and onboarding documentation.
