Qualifications

• Has several years of dealership accounts payable experience.
• Strong ability to analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
• Controls posted documents including time records, vehicle deals and commissions along with additions and changes to inventory.
• Highly skilled in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Must be organized and able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealership accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
• Control all posted documents: time records, vehicle deals, commissions and inventory updates.
• Ensure accurate journal entries and financial records.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
