Responsibilities

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Timely submission of sales tax, and local, state, and county reports
  • Fixed asset reconciliation
  • Balancing accrued liability accounts
  • Expense analysis
  • DMS setups, user security, new models, and accounts
  • Covering administrative staff when necessary
  • Adhering to office values
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with billing, payables, licensing, and titles preferred
