Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a Customer Demand Planner – Automotive OEM Accounts in Sparta, TN. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, translating forecasts into production plans, and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

You'll work with ERP systems and customer portals, manage inventory and compliance tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing customer service environment, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with EDI, inventory control, sales forecasting, and logistics preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Plex, The Manufacturing Cloud is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, delivery issues, and concerns.
• Translate monthly and weekly forecasts and orders into production and shipping plans.
• Coordinate shipment methods and carrier details with the shipping department, including expedited freight as needed.
• Track delivery performance and maintain customer scorecards with a goal of 100% on-time delivery.
• Manage ERP activities including order entry, customer profiles, pricing files, and delivery plan maintenance.
• Communicate customer requirements and forecast changes across production, quality, logistics, and management teams.
• Monitor inventory levels across plant and warehouses and support quality/compliance initiatives.
