Job summary

Tenneco is seeking a Demand Planning - Production Scheduler to convert customer demand into a credible production schedule, control daily build execution, and optimize WIP and finished goods to protect shipment commitments.

You will lead plant S&OE cadences, align demand with supply, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with forecasts, releases, orders, backlog, and scorecards.
• Build executable schedules balancing priorities, capacity, materials, labor, inventory, and flow.
• Coordinate recovery and align ERP with shop-floor execution.

Responsibilities

• Create finite schedules and release orders that align with customer priorities.
• Track attainment and monitor build versus schedule; expose constraints.
• Translate schedules into time-phased material requirements and recovery actions.
• Lead daily/weekly S&OE reviews to ensure clear ownership and deadlines.
