Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a Customer Demand Planner for Automotive OEM Accounts to strengthen relationships with customers and coordinate forecasts, production plans, and on-time deliveries. The role emphasizes system and process management within an automotive manufacturing context.

The candidate should have 3+ years in manufacturing customer service, familiarity with EDI, and strong interpersonal skills. Plex and The Manufacturing Cloud experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing customer service environment, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with EDI, inventory control, sales forecasting, and logistics preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills required and ability to communicate effectively and courteously with all contacts, internal and external.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Plex, The Manufacturing Cloud is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Automotive Customer Relationship & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, delivery issues, and concerns.
• Order & Delivery Management: Review forecasts and orders to translate into production and shipping plans; manage delivery and shipping plans for timely shipments.
• System & Process Management: Manage ERP system activities including order entry, customer profiles, pricing files, and delivery plan maintenance.
• Internal Coordination: Communicate requirements and forecast changes across production, quality, logistics, and management teams; resolve delivery and inventory issues.
