Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC in Sparta Hills, TN, seeks a Sr Global Material Planner to lead international MRP, supplier management, and procurement execution. Based in the United States, you will drive material availability and optimize lead times for a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or logistics preferred.
5+ years of material planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing (auto/electronics preferred).
Experience with ERP systems, preferably PLEX, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

International MRP & Planning: analyze schedules and generate MRP reports.
Asia Supplier Management: monitor relationships with Asia suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Procurement Execution: create, issue and track international POs based on MRP outputs and safety stock.
Global Logistics & Lead-Time Management: manage lead times, freight dynamics, and regional shutdowns.
Expedites & Inventory Control: expedite or defer orders to align with demand; maintain buffer levels.
Cross-Functional Alignment: work with production planning, scheduling, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
