Job summary
REBO Lighting & Electronics GmbH is seeking a Sr Global Material Planner to optimize material flow across global supply chains, including Asia supplier management and international procurement. You will coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials while driving inventory efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in material planning within automotive or electronics manufacturing, with ERP experience and strong Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business or logistics preferred.
- 5+ years of material planning, purchasing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing (auto or electronics preferred).
- Experience with international supplier management, MRP, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Excel; Mandarin a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production schedules, forecasts, and master schedules to determine material requirements.
- Manage Asia supplier relationships and reviews to meet lead times.
- Create, issue, and track international POs based on MRP outputs.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs, and warehousing to ensure smooth material flow.
- Expedite or adjust orders to align with demand and reduce inventory.
- Collaborate with production planners, scheduling, and warehouse teams.
