Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to: applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound calls related to the Autel scanning unit, addressing technical questions about scanning procedures, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must currently possess or be willing to obtain the necessary tools to perform job duties
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21+ years
• Physical ability to perform activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, work orders, and estimates
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable and friendly customer service to internal and external customers
