Controls Low Voltage Install Technician - Greenville, SC

Location

This position is remote, based in Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Install building automation systems, interpret control drawings, and coordinate with other trades.
• Maintain inventory, document work, and serve as the company's representative to clients.
• Ensure safety standards, operate vehicles safely, and manage tools and equipment.
• Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years of HVAC/Controls installation experience.
• Ability to install wiring and control systems neatly and professionally.
• Current journeyman card or electrical apprenticeship participation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Knowledge of low voltage electricity, electronics, DDC controls, and building control techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for at least 12 months.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Must wear safety gear, operate ladders and vehicles safely, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions, heights, and noisy environments.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $18 - $26, based on experience and location.
