Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. Responsibilities include applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting Autel scanning units via inbound and outbound calls, answering technical questions related to scanning procedures, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform duties effectively
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21+
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Provide friendly customer service to internal and external clients
