Join to apply for the Automotive Mechanic/Technician role at Monro, Inc.

Monro, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. This role offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications, with additional incentives available.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Performing brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualification scope.
• Securing customer approval before performing work, maintaining a clean work area.
• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Test driving vehicles and safely using shop equipment for inventory pickup.
• Collaborating with teammates and providing leadership to General Service Technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology.
