Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $15 to $32 per hour. Compensation varies based on experience and includes incentives.

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles, participating in comprehensive training from day one to enhance your skills and career growth. You will be key to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualification
• Obtain guest approval after diagnosis and maintain a clean work environment
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
• Test drive vehicles and safely operate shop equipment for inventory pickup
• Collaborate and provide leadership to team members

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Guest and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8
• Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology
