Monro, Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. We are a leading automotive service and tire dealer in the United States, working on approximately five million vehicles annually. Position Details:

• Pay Range: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Additional incentives may apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance, including brakes, suspension, tire installation, diagnostics, and more.
• Obtain guest approval for services based on diagnostics and maintain a clean work environment.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and test drives.
• Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program.
• Physical ability to work overhead, stand long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Automotive technical school degree or certificate.
