Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

The pay range is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, guaranteed based on experience, with flat rate earnings between $25 and $40 per hour. Starting day 1, you'll undergo comprehensive technician training covering all aspects of your role. As part of our team, you'll perform repair services on guest vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability while delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work after diagnosis; maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive guest vehicles and safely use shop truck for inventory pickup.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Automotive technical school certificate/degree
