Job Description

Position: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: Competitive, ranging from $16.00 to $35.00 per hour, with additional incentives.

As a Technician, you will undergo comprehensive training from day one and perform repairs on guest vehicles, ensuring safe and reliable transportation while delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval before performing work, maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop resources responsibly.
• Collaborate and lead with team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own or participate in a tool purchase program.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work with hands overhead.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (A1-A8).
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school certificate/degree.
