Job Description

Pay: $17.00 - $38.00 per hour. Pay varies based on experience and certifications. The role includes additional compensation and incentives.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will participate in comprehensive training from day one, preparing you for career advancement. Your role is vital in delivering 5-star guest experiences, ensuring safety and reliability for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
  • Secure guest approval for work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Test drive guest vehicles and safely operate shop trucks for inventory pickup.
  • Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program
  • Ability to work overhead, stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset
  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree
