Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $38 per hour. Pay depends on experience and certifications, with additional incentives possible.

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on guest vehicles, starting with comprehensive training. Your role is essential in delivering a 5-star guest experience, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval before performing work; maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop resources safely.
• Collaborate and provide leadership to team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, lift 50 lbs
• Guest and team focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (A1-A8)
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
