Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Sacramento, CA to handle receiving, verification and packing of automotive parts. You will use SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, and RF devices to update the WMS, perform cycle counts, and support inventory control.

The role requires teamwork, basic data entry, and the ability to work with technicians in a fast-paced environment. Expect a 7AM–4PM shift, with pay in the $20–$25/hr range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related field is required.
• Ability to work around technicians and in a team environment.
• Experience using pallet jacks; forklifts are not required.
• Basic supply chain skills and spreadsheet proficiency are expected.
• Comfort organizing the shop and handling ancillary tasks during downtime.
• Capable of accurate data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check and verify merchandise for accuracy.
• Use SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, and Lightspeed with handheld RF tools to record inventory into the WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Pack, re-pack, wrap, and label parts during put-away, picking or shipping.
• Pick parts for orders and ensure proper delivery documents accompany shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions and assist production workers.
• Prepare requisitions and distribute materials to production teams; report KPIs.
