Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Sacramento, CA for a Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM shift. You will handle receiving, verification, stock checks, and packing, while using SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Lightspeed and handheld RF tools to update the WMS.

The role requires teamwork, basic supply chain skills and the ability to work around technicians in an automotive environment. You will perform cycle counts, organize loads for shipping, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
• Comfort around technicians and warehouse environments.
• Experience with pallet jacks; forklifts not required.
• Basic supply chain skills and ability to build spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support physical inventory.
• Consolidate loads, pack, re-pack and wrap products for shipping.
• Label parts during put-away, picking or shipping processes.
• Pick parts for orders and manage shipments, including proper delivery documents.
• Maintain accuracy and provide reports/logs per KPI guidelines.
• Utilize warehouse ERP, Excel and safety management in daily tasks.
