Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Materials Coordinator for Mesa, AZ, on a Saturday-Sunday 6PM-6AM shift. You will receive, verify, and stock materials, using RF handhelds and the WMS to support inventory control and order fulfillment.

The role requires automotive industry experience and familiarity with dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed). Forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Experience in roles such as parts advisor, parts specialist, inventory technician, materials handler, or parts coordinator.
• Familiarity with a DMS/ERP system (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed); SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise ensuring accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive into WMS.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and support physical inventory.
• Pack, re-pack and wrap product for shipping; label parts during put away, picking or shipping.
• Ensure proper delivery docs accompany orders and shipments.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; comply with safety guidelines.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions; assist with requisitions and distribution.
• Provide reports and logs per KPI guidelines.
