Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator in New Orleans (Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM) to receive, verify, stock, and ship automotive parts. You will use SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Lightspeed, and RF devices to manage parts and ensure accurate documentation.

This role requires teamwork and a willingness to support inventory, packing, and cycle counts. Experience in the automotive sector, familiarity with pallet jacks, and basic supply chain skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry or related fields such as wholesale parts, service, or manufacturing.
• Comfortable around technicians and warehouse staff.
• Experience using pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data organization.
• Familiarity with ERP inventory systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy.
• Stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Pack, repack, wrap, and consolidate loads for shipping.
• Label parts during put-away, picking, or shipping processes.
• Pick parts for orders, shipments, and scrap requests.
• Maintain proper delivery documents (BOL, packing slips, etc.).
• Follow safety policies and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
• Distribute materials to production workers and maintain KPI logs.
