Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich is seeking an Automotive Marketing Manager—Digital Content & Social Media to lead video production, editing, and publishing of showroom stories, customer moments, and team spotlights. You’ll craft scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs, coordinating with leadership to showcase our Norwich dealership online.

You’ll own a content calendar, tailor content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and more, and use performance data to improve campaigns and drive customers

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, social media, digital content, video production, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish vehicle features, client delivery moments, employee spotlights, and community content.
• Develop hooks, captions, and scripts to drive engagement and actions.
• Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Norwich sales and leadership to tell stories that resonate locally.
• Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns for better results.
