Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and consult customers.
• Follow up on services requested and provide ETA.
• Oversee inspections and build repair orders with parts sourcing.
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop services.
• Supervise technicians in inspections, diagnosing and repairs.
• Maintain inventory counts and store cleanliness.
