Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role supports diagnostic and repair work, tire maintenance, and routine service, with paid training and benefits from day one.

You'll learn brake, suspension, cooling, and electrical system basics, perform oil changes, battery installs, road test vehicles, and advance toward ASE certifications through our on-the-job programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires; replace batteries and shock absorbers; inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Support team with daily shop operations and customer service.
