Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Concord, CA is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and assist with battery and suspension work as part of a supportive, paid training environment.

Full and part-time benefits begin on day one, with flexible scheduling, and access to ASE certifications.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
  • Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and inspect tire maintenance, batteries and shock absorbers.
  • Road test vehicles.
