Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Concord, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role is part of a friendly team servicing vehicles, with full- and part-time benefits available from day one.

Pay ranges from $15.84 to $23.76 per hour. The position includes on-the-job training, tool program discounts, and opportunities for ASE certifications, flexible schedules, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
