Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Houston, TX is seeking a Lot Coordinator to manage communications between the dealership and All-Pro, and to inspect vehicles as they arrive for repair and reconditioning.

The role involves invoicing, ensuring RO/PO/signatures, coordinating with dealerships, and assisting with transport of cars. Candidates should have basic management experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between dealership and All-Pro.
• Inspect vehicles entering the dealership.
• Maintain relationship with dealership management.
• Invoice and submit billing per policy.
• Follow up on RO, PO and signatures.
• Resolve issues with dealership via communication.
• Assist with transportation of cars.
• Organize work to meet standards and timelines.
• Inspect and audit front line for quality.
• Maintain service drive sales and communication.
• Notify AM of location issues.
• Partner with AM on recruiting.
• Place initial orders for supplies.
• Ensure key control and risk policies daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Note: Lot Coordinator not responsible for PM, discipline, hiring, or terminations.
