You will move and park vehicles, prep them for test drives, keep the lot organized, and assist the sales team. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour in California, with benefits and opportunities to grow within the Lithia network.

Qualifikationen

• No previous automotive experience required; training provided.
• Must be punctual and committed to excellent customer service.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmissions.

• Move and park dealership vehicles safely on the lot and property.
• Keep the lot organized, clean, and presentable with proper vehicle display.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for test drives and showroom display.
• Assist the sales team with locating, staging, and transporting vehicles as needed.
• Support daily dealership operations and help ensure a positive customer experience.
