Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Thousand Oaks is hiring a Sales Porter to move and park dealership vehicles, keep the lot organized, and prep vehicles for test drives and deliveries. You will support the sales team and help ensure a positive customer experience.

No prior automotive experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The role is on-site, with a 5-day schedule and a pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus benefits through our Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• No previous automotive experience required.
• Punctual and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license in your state and an acceptable driving record.
• Safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Move and park dealership vehicles safely throughout the sales lot and dealership property.
• Keep the sales lot organized, clean, and presentable, ensuring vehicles are properly lined up and displayed.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer test drives, deliveries, and showroom display.
• Assist the sales team with locating, staging, and transporting vehicles as needed.
• Support daily dealership operations by maintaining vehicle readiness and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
