Job summary

Cesna-Recruitment is seeking a resourceful sales professional to drive new business development in automotive lighting, with exposure to automotive camera, LiDAR, and radar systems. You will manage awarded programs from development through production and act as the primary U.S.

contact for customers, coordinating with Korea headquarters on commercial matters. The role requires at least 3 years in automotive lighting sales, fluent English, and rough bilingual Korean-English ability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience in automotive lighting
• Fluency in English required; Korean language proficiency a plus
• Strong knowledge of automotive lighting products and related tech
• Willingness to travel regularly across North America; Michigan focus with some Canada/Mexico travel

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying potential customers, securing RFQs, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and winning new business
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
• Serve as US point of contact; coordinate with Korean headquarters on commercial matters
• Monitor market trends and provide updates to headquarters
• Coordinate with headquarters engineering teams to track program milestones and resolve issues
