Job summary

CESNA Group in Troy, Michigan is seeking a driven sales professional to drive new business in automotive lighting, with additional focus on automotive camera, LiDAR and radar systems. You will manage awarded programs through development and production, and serve as the primary U.S.

contact for customers. You will identify needs, coordinate with Korea headquarters, build strong relationships, and travel regularly across North America to meet clients and secure RFQs, quotations, and favorable

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales or account management experience in automotive lighting.
Fluency in English; Korean language proficiency is a plus.
Strong knowledge of automotive lighting products and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development, from identifying potential customers and securing RFQs to preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and winning new business.
Manage customer accounts.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for customers, identify their needs and concerns, and coordinate with Korean headquarters to address them.
Monitor market trends, customer sourcing plans, and competitor activities, and provide regular updates to headquarters.
Coordinate with Korean headquarters on commercial matters and customer issues, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
