Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience within automotive interiors, ambient lighting, illuminated components, or related automotive electronics products.
• Strong understanding of automotive product development and RFQ-to-launch processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts throughout the sales and program lifecycle.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers regarding automotive interior lighting and illuminated component solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and application support activities with customers.
• Support RFQ activities through quotation, development, award, and launch.
• Coordinate closely with overseas engineering, quality, and program teams to communicate customer requirements and drive solutions.
• Assist with customer relationship management and help identify opportunities for account growth.
• Conduct onsite customer visits for technical reviews, program support, and relationship development.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and technical documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Support issue resolution and ensure timely communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor customer trends, competitor activity, and market developments within automotive interiors and lighting systems.
