Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects against schedule and costs to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate product transfers and capture requirements in project plans.
• Determine manufacturing strategy with functional managers.
• Develop packaging strategy and coordinate supplier decisions.
• Oversee validation for new equipment and processes.
• Manage end-of-life equipment disposition per policy.
• Track annual layout and PPAP status for traceability.
• Participate in Lean/FPS initiatives and grow into IE-focused work.
• Report risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Lead milestone meetings and document outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and regulatory standards.
