Job summary

The role involves operating test equipment, recording data, maintaining instruments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will perform endurance, environmental chamber tests, data analysis in Excel, and prepare test plans and reports, collaborating with engineers and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required and experience in testing labs is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting is necessary.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, test standards, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment for wiper components.
• Record test parameters and observations in data sheets and databases.
• Perform environmental and durability tests including temperature, humidity, and UV exposure.
• Prepare test plans and data summaries for engineering review.
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and calibration schedules.
